We currently ship across India. For international delivery requests, please contact our support team.

Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days for most metro and urban areas.
  • Remote or rural regions may require additional time.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. You can monitor delivery status using the link provided.

Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, courier issues) may occur. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated in such cases.


🔄 Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all tags/accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Personal care products (e.g., posture correctors, sleep masks) once opened
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable”

Return Process

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we cover return shipping.
  • For all other cases, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back.

Refunds
